Just a note about Faye as a training facilitator - She is a captivating storyteller with a keen awareness of just how to gain the attention of everybody in the room. She employs a facilitation approach that warmly engages learners, making us feel as though she was personally guiding us on a journey. Dr Lewis’ facilitation style promotes psychological safety and makes it easy to learn from her. She is personable, and more than that, she has a wealth of information.
